A fast turn-time claim is meaningless if it’s not guaranteed. At Oasis, we do guarantee our turn times and we give you cash back if we’re even a single day delayed beyond your promised ship date.

Why is this important? Because turn times get quoted with wild abandon in our industry. And, except at Oasis, they are all just estimates. Perhaps optimistic estimates, perhaps realistic estimates. It’s hard to know: hard for you, hard even for the company you’re working with. After all, most of our competitors are brokers who vend out your project to the lowest bidder, so they have no reliable way of knowing when your project will really be finished. We do it differently: we replicate our own discs, and we print on our own printing presses – and this way, we guarantee your turn time.

So what happens if we miss the turn time? You get real money: $100 a day for every single day past the guaranteed turn – up to a full $500. But we don’t expect to be late. We have the most reliable, in-house, all-under-one-roof operation in the country. And we simply will make your date.

DETAILS: Guaranteed Turn Time Guarantee: For a GUARANTEED TURN TIME (GTT) project on which Oasis fails to make the guaranteed ship date in spite of correct client procedures being followed (as explained and defined at oasisCD.com/gtt) Oasis will provide the following compensation: For every day beyond the promised ship date that we are late, we will subtract $100 from your invoice price. The maximum subtraction will be $500. Reorders are not covered by GTT although we will turn those orders promptly as well. Oasis is not responsible for shipping delays, delays caused by alterations made by a client, or delays in a client approving a proof. If by mutual agreement a GTT project is redone by Oasis, the turn time guarantee, even if otherwise applicable, will not apply. The current guaranteed turn times are seven (7) to nine (9) business days (depending on the specific product) from when you approve your proofs. (Rush fees and resulting rush turn times are not guaranteed under the GTT policy). In the event of an unforeseen or season-related slowing of our production schedule, we may extend these days, but you will be notified of any such extension at the time you place your order. The new turn time quoted by us will, again, be guaranteed. Oasis cannot be held liable for strikes, floods, political unrest or similar conditions beyond our reasonable control.
